Marati in daily business

Maharashtrra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis firmly asserted in the legislative assembly that Marati is the official language of the State. And that everyone residing in the State should learn it. 

The BJP led M-Rashtra government has made Marati compulsory in primary and secondary schools affiliated with CBSE and ICSE boards. 

Shiv Sena and Raj Thackeray's MNS have been aggressively pushing for use of Marati in daily business.
